The Chiron Community Giving Foundation has a strong organizational commitment to the principles of non-discrimination, anti-racism, equity, and effective inclusion. CCGF funds organizations that align with our inclusive practices:

• We look for opportunities to work with grantees and partners to attract the broadest diversity of expertise and ideas from people and their cultures so that we can better our communities, enrich the nonprofit sector, and improve our effectiveness.
• We create, implement, and continuously improve our organizational policies and practices to support and encourage diverse leadership, value individual lived experience, and promote opportunities for each of us to thrive and achieve.
• We acknowledge all voices and diverse perspectives and experiences, regardless of role and relationship, so that everyone feels secure and accepted as their authentic selves. We know doing so requires openness, humility, courage, and hard work. We believe that our best work happens when an organizational culture is built on mutual respect and trust and when our behavior affirms this practice.
